A little background history…

Greetings fellow online gamblers!

My name is Fred Bernstein and I am a retired executive of a very prominent and well respected Las Vegas casino. Although I have long left my profession, I am still quite involved in the multi-billion dollar industry of gambling. Over the past 20 years, I have been witness to the extreme growth of the Internet and recent rise of the Online Gambling Industry.

As an avid gambler myself, I found it necessary to create this blog with hopes that I can share my expertise and experiences with all of you and warn you about companies that seem to be less than legitimate. For every new online company to spring up on the Internet, hundreds will fall. Ok, well maybe not hundreds but quite a few. Online casino starters only see dollar signs in their future when they initially plan to open up their online venture but don’t take enough time to really study the market and learn what it takes to make an appealing and functional casino that will produce loyal customers that keep coming back to play with them.

In this blog, I will provide a wealth of information pertaining to the online gambling industry as well as give you my personal opinions of many of the sites I have visited and played on in that past 10 years. Some I actually still play on, many I don’t. Some are still around to talk about, most are not. That’s the way this industry works unfortunately… With the recent passing of the US Gambling Bill by the Bush Administration, I was witness to literally hundreds of companies forced to shut their doors to US customers and as a result loosing up to 90% of their business revenues. A painful yet undeniable truth.

I hope you find this blog somewhat useful. I try to keep up-to-date with the latest and greatest news/events within the gambling industry and if I find any “inside” information, I’ll try and share that with you too but shhhhh, it’ll be out little secret!

In closing, the choice of who you decide to play and spend your hard earned money with is ultimately yours. Just be smart and be safe!
